By card, handled securely through Stripe at checkout: we never see or store your card details. Pick a plan, enter your email and website, and pay on the secure Stripe page. Your audit starts as soon as payment is confirmed.

Paying by purchase order or invoice? Choose that option at checkout and we send a Stripe invoice (30 days to pay) with your PO number on it. Web agencies ordering for clients can use their trade code for 30% off every audit.

Choose the Full Site Audit (€845): every page we can find, up to 250, with every type of page reviewed in depth and a spreadsheet of every page and finding. If your site has more than 250 pages, get in touch and we will quote for the whole site.

Yes. Every paid audit includes one free re-scan, with no time limit. When your developer has made the fixes, press the re-scan button in the email your report came with, and we audit the same pages again and show what is resolved and what remains. If no Critical or Major accessibility issues remain, you also get our verification badge for your site.

Static page audits catch most accessibility issues, but interactive flows (adding something to a cart, filling in a booking form, logging in) can have accessibility failures that only appear when a user is actually interacting. Journey testing walks through these flows step by step, testing for keyboard traps, missing focus management, unlabelled form inputs, and error announcements that screen readers can't detect. If your site has a checkout, reservation system, or member login, journey testing is strongly recommended.

Every journey also gets a first-time user journey walkthrough. We go through it as a visitor who has never seen your site and is not technical, and note each point where they would hesitate, get no response to a click, meet an error they cannot see or understand, or reach a dead end. Each of these is rated Blocker, Friction or Polish. Where one is also a WCAG failure we say so. The rest are usability advice, marked as not a legal requirement, and they do not change your accessibility score. This is an expert walkthrough against a fixed checklist, not a test with members of the public. Pricing: €150 per journey on Small Site and Standard; two journeys are included in Large Site and Full Site.

Yes. Tick "Some of the pages I want audited are behind a login" when you order and give us a test account. It is a €95 add-on on Small Site, Standard and Large Site, and included in Full Site. Pages behind the login count towards your plan's page limit, and the test account details are deleted when the audit is finished.

Accessibility is ongoing: websites change, and new content can bring new issues. Many clients do a full audit to get the site right, use the free re-scan to confirm the fixes, and then add the annual compliance check (€149 a year) to catch anything new. There is no subscription; you order when you need it.
